Customer accepts following terms of service and conditions
1. Due to produce, meat & fish are weight-able items; the actual prices are determined during the packaging process. In case, the item weight more than Customer selected. Customer accepts Centra to "Pre-Authorize" the payment on customer’s selected payment method which pre-authorize may be more than order amount.
2. Customer accepts Centra to change anything of order due to shortage of item, includes cancel the entire order. If item is deleted from order, customer will not be billed for it.
Through your interaction with and use of the Content, Centra site may collect personal information, which is information that identifies an individual or relates to an identifiable individual. Personal information allows identification directly or indirectly of the User as a physical person. Personal Information may include, but is not limited to your name, physical address, telephone number, e-mail address, user browsing /navigation data, cookies, etcetera.
We respect your preferences concerning the treatment of any Personal Information that we may collect. We are not responsible for any personal data and/or personal property lost due to data breach. You agree to our policy once you using our site. Your personal information will be collect then using in our site or authorized third-party.
Protecting your information is our priority. Our service provider has team up with Canadian major internet security company to secure all information data within our site. Anyway, there is no guarantee protection over the cyberspace. We will work with law enforce throaty, if information been breached.
Returns and Refunds
How to Return
1. Please fill-in the “Return” form. It must include clear content & picture of return goods. After return request is approved, you may return the goods to the Centra store in person.
2. You will need to include its accessories, manuals and original packaging. If a gift was given with the returned item, you will need to return it as well. A full refund may not be proceeded if any accessories is missing.
1. You may cancel the order within 30 minutes after order is placed. All the refund will be returned to your original payment method.
2. If an order is cancelled before shipped out, we will issue a full refund of the entire order. The refund will be returned to your original payment method approximately 7 business days.
3. You may apply for a refund within 24 hours after you received the goods. Handling fee of $25 will be charged. Normally we need 1 – 7 business days to process your application. We will send you a confirmation email after your request has been confirmed, then you can proceed to return the goods to our Aurora or Barrie store in person.
4. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait till you have received your order. We will refund as soon as the goods returned with intact and/or unused condition. Handling fee of $25 will be charged.
5. Discounts and/or coupons will not be refunded. The final refund will not exceed the original amount paid.
Return courier cost
1. Centra will be responsible for the courier fee if the refund due to quality problem.
2. Else you will be responsible.
Definition of return reasons
Goods return due to quality problem, means that the goods you received has expired, moldy, damaged, deformed, mis-handle and recalled etc., resulting in failure to use or eat.
No refund due to
1. Personal reasons refer to the goods delivery or pick up failed by customer, personal preference or individual physical reasons.
2. ALL PICTURES SHOWN ARE FOR REFERENCE PURPOSE ONLY. ACTUAL PRODUCT MAY VARY DUE TO PRODUCT CONDITION.
In order to ensure the food safety, all same day no show orders will be discarded after 8:00pm at each day. In this case, you would not be able to request a refund.

Centra is pleased to offer two types of delivery methods
1. Delivery to your Home
2. Pick up in Centra (Aurora or Barrie) store in person
Order under $99(tax not included): $12.99
Order over $99(tax not included): $7.99
Order under $99(tax not included): $8.99
Order over $99 gets free local delivery (tax not included)
Long Distance Fee is apply to each order. (Please add “Long Distance Delivery Ticket” with your order.)
Our local delivery is approximately 12 KM from Centra Barrie & Aurora stores, but continue to expand to surrounding.
Aurora store Long distance Delivery is now cover Richmond Hill (North), Bradford, Keswick and East/West Gwillimbury.
Customer outside of delivery area also can self pick up at Centra store.
Generally, the Centra Online Shop delivers orders on Mondays through Sundays (Except on statutory holidays). Normally, Orders received before 14:00 will be delivered on the same day. Orders received after 14:00 will be shipped the next following day. Delivery time may be extended due to unforeseen reasons and during holiday period.
Monday to Sunday 11 am – 9 pm
Daily order cut off time: Same date delivery, place order before 2 pm. After the cut off time, order will be delivery the next following business day.
Long distance delivery is available every Wednesday. (Continue to expand)
Tracking delivery order
Sign into “My Account,” select “My Orders” enable to view a list of your current and previous orders. The status is listed.
Due to outbreak, order volume increases rapidly, please be patience. Once over our shipping capacity, system will stop delivery function then offer self pick up option at Centra store.
With Your Health in Mind, All Customers and Employees must wear masks.
Customers without masks will not be permitted inside all Centra stores.
